|||Port Shepstone - A woman has been arrested after being found in possession of 400 “straws” of heroin in Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal police said on Tuesday.
Colonel Vincent Mdunge said the 32-year-old was arrested on Monday.
Police stopped a metered taxi she was travelling in and found a black bag containing heroin with an estimated street value of R14 000.
She allegedly bought the drugs in Durban and intended selling them in Port Shepstone. She was expected to appear in the Port Shepstone Magistrate's Court on a charge of dealing in drugs. - Sapa
